Homemade "Beit Shalom Breakfast | served until 2:00 p.m.
A large cheese platter, labane (yoghurt based cheese) with olive oil, two types of olives (black/green), plum and fig jams, fresh eggs from the farm, fresh vegetable salad, a cup of healthy yoghurt made on site from the morning milking. Haimke's pickled fish, pickled fish in cream and apples, fine icra (fish-based spread) mixed with apples, a glass of juice and a basket of rolls.

Breakfast All Day Long
| White Meal
Homemade cheese platter from Haimke's dairy. The milking is done in the dairy barn before sunrise while the milk is rich with nutritious vitamins at optimal quality during the day. This is followed by the cheese making and seasoning. In addition, jams and olives, homemade bread and butter are served. And this is a morning feast.

Green Omlette
Fresh eggs from the farm and garden herbs served with homemade bread, butter, and salad.

Shakshuka
Shakshuka is a North African dish consisting of poached or fried eggs cooked in a sauce of tomatoes, peppers, onions, and spices.
Piquant shakshuka served with fresh eggs from the farm, Bulgarian cheese and home bread.


- First Courses -

Homemade labane with olive oil and zaatar

Grilled baladi from the old slik (hiding place for weapons during the British Mandate)
Roasted eggplant in homemade tehina and yoghurt served with the house bread. This is the secret of the delicious taste. We cannot reveal more than this …

- Salads -

Salad with Summer Seeds
Lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, chives, slices of apple, various types of seeds, nuts, and the house cheese

Greek Salad
Tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and onion from the field, black olives, homemade olive oil and Zefatit cheese (white salty cheese)

•    The salads are served with the house bread


- Sandwiches -

Salmon and Kaimak Sandwich (homemade cream cheese recreating the taste from the past) Served with the house bread

Trout grilled in the oven with herbs & spices

Tuna fillet seasoned in delicious house dressing and lightly grilled

All fish are served with a bouquet of fresh vegetables and a side helping of your choice: wild brown rice / baked potato from the oven
