Cancelation Policy

Holidays and July, August

* Can be cancelled without charge by giving prior notice of up to three weeks

* 50 percent of the booking will be charged if giving a prior notice of three weeks or

  less from the reservation date

* Full charge of booking if giving prior notice of a week or less

Regular Weekend and Mid-Week

* Can be cancelled without charge by giving prior notice of up to ten days

* Will be charged on the first night if cancellation is made ten days or less from

  the Reservation date

* Full charge if giving prior notice of a week or less
